China Aluminum Profile Group is a major manufacturer of aluminum extrusion and aluminum profile in China. Our company is currently one of the largest production bases of new aluminum products. Established in May, 2000, our company covers an area of 138,000 square meters and a builidng are of 85,000 square meters.

We at China Aluminum Profile Group have five workshops respectively for casting, moulding, extrusion, anodizing and powder coating, as well as a test center. You can have a better understanding of our workshops through the pictures on this page.

1. Casting Workshop
There are currently six casting furnaces and the daily output can reach 208 tons.

2. Mould Workshop
We can produce the mould whose outside diameter ranges from 160mm to 576mm. The price is between USD195 per set and USD6025 per set. The mould charge is decided by the price of the stainless steel for mould. Usually, the price of steel is USD3950/MT in China. The die cost can be deducted if the quantity you order is large enough. (Always at or above 6 tons to 10 tons)

3. Extrusion Workshop
We have 25 sets of extrusion lines which are all imported from Taiwan. The details are as followed.

4. Anodizing Workshop
Many colors are available for anodized treatment such as silver, champagne, coffee, golden, and black.

5. Powder Coating Workshop
Our company currently has three powder coating lines. The coating is carried out with strict compliance with the United States Association of Manufacturers AAMA-605.02.90 standard.
